Research Activity:
The faculty hosts a doctoral program in 05.09.01 – “Building Structures, Buildings, and Facilities” and operates a PhD council PhD.03/01.04.2023.T.90.02 awarding PhD degrees in Technical Sciences.
Projects and Grants:
State project “Development of efficient cellular concrete technology for construction” (2023–2024)
GIZ (Germany) – NamMQI (Uzbekistan) joint project: “Enhancing the strength of reinforced concrete structures through basalt fiber reinforcement.” Budget: €40,000 (≈540 million UZS).

The faculty features over 20 modern laboratory devices for water supply, heating, hydraulics, ventilation, and related fields.
It also has 3 advanced laboratories and 1 computer class connected to the university network and the Internet — used for practical and research training.
