Scientific Activity

Main research areas:
The faculty conducts studies in two main fields, with one international and three national research projects currently in progress.

Projects and Grants:

  • Within Uzbekistan–Belarus cooperation: Project FL-8824063389 – “Study of the effect of synthesis conditions on the structure and physical properties of new composite low-frequency soft magnetic materials.”

  • Development of the Master Plan for the transport and road infrastructure of Namangan City.

  • Innovative restoration of automobile roads passing through areas with high groundwater levels.

  • Development of new asphalt-concrete pavement based on industrial waste.

Scientific Journals and Collections:
The faculty publishes “Ilm, Tadqiqot va Taraqqiyot” (Scientific Journal of Science, Research, and Development, ISSN 3060-5148), a peer-reviewed journal of Namangan State Technical University.
By the decision of the Higher Attestation Commission under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan (No. 374/5, August 25, 2025), this journal is included in the list of approved scientific journals for publishing key results of dissertations in technical sciences.

Student Opportunities

Laboratories and Centers:
In accordance with the directives of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan during his visit to Namangan Region on February 3, 2023, and based on Order No. 30 (February 22, 2023) of the Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, the “Bionics Laboratory” was established at the Faculty of Transport of Namangan State Technical University.
